Complaints, exchanges and returns

Our customers' satisfaction is important to us, which is why we handle every complaint and request for returns or exchanges with exceptional care and as quickly as possible. All of our products come with a 24-month warranty period.

Complaints - how to proceed:

We would like to accommodate all of our customers; however, this is not always possible.

The warranty for custom-made and stock products does not apply to:

  • defects caused by using the products in a way that is inconsistent with the instructions for use and care, modifications, or unprofessional intervention,
  • wear and tear on products caused by normal use or use inconsistent with the instructions for use and care. This includes scratches on leather covers, wear and tear on fabric from the wheels of a stroller, broken leg positioning during stroller folding, and other similar issues.

Procedure for sending the goods:
Please pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during transport to us.

The shipment should include:

  • Purchase receipt
  • Description of the reason for the complaint
  • Your contact information

Returning or exchanging goods - how to proceed

If the goods you ordered from us do not meet your expectations or if you are not satisfied with them, you can return them within 14 days without giving a reason.

The possibility to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:

  • goods which have been tailored to the buyer's specifications or made for their personal use (e.g., custom-made leather cover for a stroller or accessories made for a stroller according to specific customer requirements (fabric sample, fleece colour, size).

If you decide to return or exchange goods:

Please make sure to pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged during transportation to us.

The shipment should include:

  • Purchase receipt
  • Request for a refund or exchange of goods with the bank account number.
  • Your contact information

Specific rules for returning goods:

  • only unwashed, unworn, unused goods can be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and instructions, including all accessories and any gifts,
  • the costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer (postage, packing, ...),
  • no refund of the delivery fee can be claimed,
  • to return the goods, please use the withdrawal form.
